I'm Jenny, a Limited Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in guiding adolescents and teens through their most challenging moments – whether they're dealing with anxiety, trauma, self-harm, or the intense pressures of growing up in today's world.

As a certified EMDR therapist with extensive experience in trauma-informed care, I create a sanctuary where teens can finally feel understood and accepted. Many parents tell me their children open up here in ways they never have before. That's because I speak their language, understand their world, and most importantly, know how to help them heal.

My approach is different because it's built specifically for young minds. Using proven trauma-informed techniques, I help teens identify what triggers their stress or anxiety, then teach them practical tools to regain their balance. Parents often notice the difference – their once-withdrawn teen starts engaging again, their grades improve, and that spark returns to their eyes.

My credentials include a master's degree in counseling from Spring Arbor University and a bachelor's in exercise science from Grand Valley State University. While I work with clients of all ages (12 and up), my heart and expertise lie in helping teens navigate their path to emotional wellness. Throughout my professional life, I've helped many young people move from crisis to confidence.
