Andrea is an expert in guiding children, adolescents and adults through challenges like anxiety, depression, parent-child relationship dynamics, and trauma. She takes great pride in working with clients of all ages, empowering them as they navigate critical developmental stages. With a strong belief in the potential of every individual, Andrea creates a safe and nurturing environment that encourages clients to explore their thoughts, process their experiences, and confidently shape their unique stories.

Personal Perspective:

"As a mental health therapist, I see my role as both an honor and a responsibility. I know how deeply mental health touches every part of a person’s life, and I approach each client as someone with a story worth hearing. My work is grounded in empathy, active listening, and genuine respect for each person’s experience.

The relationship I build with my clients is at the heart of everything I do. I work to create a safe space where people feel free to share honestly. I know that vulnerability is hard, so I put a lot of effort into building trust. This connection is what makes it possible to explore tough emotions and make real progress.

Cultural competence matters to me. I’m always paying attention to each client’s background, identity, and life experiences, and I tailor my approach so therapy feels relevant and respectful for everyone.

Over the years, I’ve been amazed by my clients’ resilience. Their willingness to face challenges and make changes inspires me every day. Even the smallest steps forward remind me of the power of this work.

I also believe in constantly learning and reflecting. I participate in supervision and professional development to keep my skills sharp and make sure I’m providing the best care I can.

Looking back on my journey, I find real fulfillment in being a part of my clients’ lives—supporting them, witnessing their growth, and celebrating their successes. For me, therapy is about more than solving problems; it’s about helping people discover their strengths, build resilience, and find empowerment through self-understanding."
