Katie specializes in working with teens, adults, families and couples to address trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and relationship difficulties. She enjoys assisting clients in recognizing their inherent worth and value, empowering them to live a life of purpose and meaning.
Personal Perspective
“I offer a holistic approach to therapy, incorporating both cognitive and somatic approaches to healing. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address negative thought patterns that keep clients stuck. I also use Somatic therapies that promote embodied living, and allow clients to work through trauma held in their body. Through our sessions together, clients gain the ability to be more present and self-aware, and begin to experience wholeness and connection.”
