Personal Perspective
"I understand how overwhelming life's challenges can be—how emotions can cloud judgment and how quickly people can feel stuck or unsure of their next move. I know that old wounds, loss, addiction, strained relationships, fear, and depression can make change seem out of reach. My role is to help people break these cycles by changing the way they see themselves and their situations, empowering them to move forward with confidence and clarity. I use a Cognitive Behavioral, Developmental, Psycho-Dynamic, and Psycho-Educational Therapy approach, incorporating Motivational Interviewing techniques to increase self-awareness.
Sometimes our trauma, fear, anxiety, depression, or relational difficulties can prevent us from taking the risks needed to create the changes we want and deserve in our lives. This is why I strive to create a safe and empathetic environment where each of my clients feels comfortable and confident in sharing honestly, enabling them to work more effectively toward balance, clarity, and trust."
